Job purpose
Responsible to review and inspect all labels on product packages to ensure they comply with industry or relevant country’s legislation and regulation, and to build Bill of Materials documents for all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
The associate’s primary functions and responsibilities are as follows:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholder with packaging dieline and palletization information to ensure it meets customer needs.
- Review product label for regulatory compliance regarding different countries legislation.
- Ensure labels meet industry standards and legal requirements.
- Arrange physical artwork samples signed off and assigned to relevant stakeholders to review.
- Maintain accurate records of label versions, changes, and approvals.
- Ensure all documentation is up to date and accessible.
- Manage production packing configuration information and collaborate closely with cross functional teams to ensure packaging compliance and alignment with external and internal stakeholders.
- Manage and Create Bartender Case Label.
- Systematically maintain and organize comprehensive records of all changes related to Bill of Materials (BOM), packaging labelling versions, changes, and approvals to ensure traceability and audit readiness.
- Liaised with internal and external stakeholders to ensure internal tracking system information accuracy.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of labeling activities.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Follow Health and Safety rules and regulations.
- Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines.
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in food science, chemistry, biological or other quantitative discipline.
- At least two (2) years of experience in Food& Beverage Company or equivalent manufacture experience.
- Hands-on experience working in a GMP environment.
- Familiarity with raw materials specification and have experience on BRC guidelines regarding raw materials compliance.
- Ability to utilize the applications for Microsoft Office for support, reporting and documentation.
- Friendly presence and helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
- Ability to work around problems and come up with creative solutions.
- Orientation towards a continuous improvement culture.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
